玻璃隔斷說明(內裝 ) Description of glass partition (inside)

概述

1.1玻璃隔斷按安裝方式可分為點支式、框式和玻璃肋支撐結構。

1.2采用的玻璃可以是透明的,見圖2-1;可以是非透明的,見圖2-5;也可以是彩繪玻璃,見圖2-2;也可采用U型玻璃,見圖2-3和圖2-4。

1.3 采用的形式可以是封閉的,如圖2-1;也可以是開放式,如圖2-2.

2  設計原則

   室內玻璃隔斷易受人體沖擊,因此應采用安全玻璃,其最大許用面積應符合總說明表1的規定。根據玻璃厚度的不同,玻璃抗沖擊能力也不同,玻璃越厚,抗沖擊能力越強。

活動門玻璃、固定門玻璃和落地窗玻璃的選用應符合下列規定:

有框玻璃應使用符合總說明表1規定的安全玻璃。

無框玻璃應使用公稱厚度不小于12mm的鋼化玻璃。

室內隔斷應使用安全玻璃,且最大使用面積應符合總說明表1的規定。

人群集中的公共場所和運動場所中裝配的室內隔斷玻璃應符合下列規定:

有框玻璃應使用符合總說明表1規定、且公稱厚度不小于5mm的鋼化玻璃或公稱厚度不小于6.38mm的夾層玻璃。

無框玻璃應使用符合總說明表1規定、且公稱厚度不小于10mm的鋼化玻璃。

浴室用玻璃應符合下列規定:

淋浴隔斷、浴缸隔斷玻璃應使用符合總說明表1規定的安全玻璃。

浴室內無框玻璃應使用符合總說明表1的規定、且公稱厚度不小于5mm的鋼化玻璃。

透明玻璃隔斷可采取在視線高度設醒目標志或設置護欄等防碰撞措施。

具有遮蔽功能的常用玻璃有彩繪玻璃、磨砂玻璃、內置百葉中空玻璃、U型玻璃等。

可采用單片玻璃、夾層玻璃和中空玻璃實現封閉式玻璃隔斷的隔聲性能,其隔聲性能按表2-1分級,隔聲性能見表2-2.

常用鋼化玻璃、夾層玻璃和中空玻璃隔斷門見圖2-6。

 玻璃隔斷設計要求

U型玻璃隔斷設計要求:

U型玻璃隔斷墻具有良好的透光性,背光面墻面產生漫放射光感,光線柔和;雙排安裝時還有較好的隔聲與隔熱效果,并可以重復利用,是一種節能環保的新型材料。

U型玻璃隔斷墻長度大于6000mm,高度超過4500mm時,應核算墻身的穩定,采取相應措施。具體做法另詳見工程設計或與廠家協商配合施工。

U型玻璃屬不燃材料,如有特殊要求時,應按有關規范進行設計。

U型玻璃的主要性能:抗壓強度700?900N/mm2,抗拉強度30?50N/mm2;隔聲能力單排安裝時為27dB(分貝),雙排安裝時為40dB(分貝);耐火極限為0.75h。

防火玻璃隔斷門設計要求:防火玻璃隔斷是由防火玻璃與鋼型材框料組合而成的隔斷。

本圖集采用耐火等級為C類一級防火玻璃,防火玻璃可采用單片玻璃、夾層玻璃和中空玻璃。

單片防火玻璃厚度有6、8、10、12、15mm,根據使用要求將其合成夾層玻璃或中空玻璃。

An overview of the

2 design principles

Safety glass shall be used for indoor partitions and the maximum usable area shall comply with the provisions of table 1 of the general description.
The indoor partition glass assembled in public places and sports places where people gather shall meet the following requirements:
Framed glass shall be tempered glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 5mm or laminated glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 6.38mm as specified in table 1 of the general instructions.
Frameless glass shall be tempered glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 10mm as specified in table 1 of the general specification.
Bathroom glass shall meet the following requirements:
Shower partition, bath crock partition glass should use the safety glass that accords with regulation of total specification table 1.
The frameless glass in the bathroom shall be tempered glass with a nominal thickness of not less than 5mm in accordance with the provisions of table 1 of the general instructions.
